1 x Natures Menu Country Hunter Tin
Wholemeal plain flour (approximately 200g)
Small Handful of dried cranberries (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
Makes Approximately 20 biscuits.
Preheat the over to 200 degrees.
Spoon out 1/4 of the tin in to a mixing bowl and smoosh down to a less chunky paste.
Mix the parsley and cranberries in to the tinned meat, then add the flour in small amounts until you appear to have a fairly heavy dough.
Sprinkle the worktop with a large amount of flour and tip the dough out on the work surface.
Need the dough together (much like scone dough) until it is able to be patted down to about half a cm thick.
Cut (either free hand or with a cutter) your shapes out of the dough and place on a floured, foil lined baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven until crisp. Leave to cool and store in an air tight container. These will become softer as they are stored.
